Corrections & factual concerns
Partnerships & affiliate enquiries
Insurers, affiliate networks and other organizations may contact the publisher about legitimate commercial relationships. Editorial conclusions remain subject to our Editorial Standards.
Accessibility & privacy
Report an accessibility barrier or send a privacy enquiry. Please include enough detail to identify the page or issue without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Before you send a message
PolicyRoutes is a publication, not an insurer or claims department. We cannot access your policy account, change coverage, bind insurance, approve a claim or speak for an insurer. For urgent policy servicing or an active claim, contact the insurer or licensed professional listed on your policy documents.
Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, confidential medical records or other highly sensitive information through this form.
How messages are handled
Contact submissions are sent to the site operator’s administrative email for review. We use the information to respond to the enquiry, evaluate corrections, investigate accessibility issues or administer a legitimate business discussion. We do not publish your contact details simply because you send a message. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Media and citation requests
If you are referencing PolicyRoutes research in another publication, include the exact page URL and explain what information you intend to cite. We can clarify our methodology or identify the primary sources used, but we cannot provide a personalized insurance opinion on behalf of an insurer.
What makes an editorial message useful
For a content question, include the PolicyRoutes URL and identify the section you are referring to. For a correction, quote the exact statement and provide a source if one is available. For a partnership enquiry, explain the organization, product category and type of relationship being proposed. Messages with enough context can be evaluated much more accurately than a generic request to “change the article” or “work together.”
What PolicyRoutes cannot do through this form
- provide an insurance quote or bind coverage;
- access an insurer’s customer account or claim file;
- tell an insurer to approve or pay a claim;
- provide emergency assistance;
- accept legal service or policy notice on behalf of an insurer;
- give individualized legal, tax, veterinary or insurance-producer advice.
Editorial independence in company messages
Insurers and commercial partners may use this form to flag a factual issue, share an updated primary document or discuss a legitimate partnership. A request from a company is reviewed under the same editorial standards as a request from any other source. Providing information does not guarantee that PolicyRoutes will adopt a preferred marketing description or remove an accurate limitation.
